"The Personality Game"The Personality Game is a fun way to learn about personality types and their unique - and often quirky - attributes. Provides insight into improving team-work and increasing productivity with a company. This program is adapted for use in corporate environments, based on the work of Dr. Jose Stevens (a psychotherapist with over 20 years' experience in personal growth counseling and author of The Personality Puzzle and others). "Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention (Law Enforcement)"This training programs was formerly certified by California's Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST) for several years. The official Sexual Harassment and Discrimination program was developed specifically for California law enforcement agencies Offered in workshop format for Command Level personnel, Train-the-Trainer or at the client's site. Initially designed as a 2-day intensive program that covered sexual harassment, hostile environment, male/female communication, ethnic discrimination and religious discrimination. "Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention (Business)"This training program was based on the very successful program designed for law enforcement agencies in California. Offered in workshop format for Executives, Train-the-Trainer, or in-house staff. Initially designed as a 2-day intensive program that covers hostile environment, male/female communication, and extensive prevention techniques. The program can be customized for each organization's needs. Provides extensive tips on preventing problems, as well as extensive investigation techniques. Filled with Checklists and Step-by-step guidelines. "Worker's Comp Cost Reduction"This training program offers proven methods for companies to reduce and control their workers' comp costs. Filled with simple checklists and "how to" tips, this very successful program was one of the first of its kind when it started in California in the early 1990s. "Americans with Disabilities Act"This programs contains the central issues that employers need to know. Included in the Workers' Compensation Cost Reduction Program. "In Search of Identity: Clarifying Corporate Culture"This workbook was originally designed for management consultants. Using a step-by-step method, a company's culture can be determined, along with inherent strengths and weaknesses. Company owners and executives will find it a tremendous tool to help themselves. "Injury and Illness Prevention Program (California's SB 198)"This step-by-step program helps companies prepare their Injury and Illness Prevention Program. Filled with checklists and "how to" information. "Year 2000 Project Management Certification Program"The Year 2000 Project Management Certification Program is a 5-day course designed for project managers, who want to (or must) learn about the Year 2000 issue. It includes an overview of Project Management techniques and information specific to Year 2000 projects, with extensive information about the various challenges and actions required to successfully manage a Year 2000 project.
