Centering exerciseDaily Centering or Meditation ExerciseThis exercise is excellent for getting yourself centered and ready for your day. If done daily, it will change your life. How? By helping you be calmer, more grounded and clearer about who you are vs. all the pressures that life can throw our way. It can help to get rid of unwanted energy that tends to get mixed in with our own energy if we are not paying attention.
You can stay like that as long as you are comfortable, or do the exercise and go about your day. When you are ready to come back to the present reality, close down the opening at the top of your head and at the base of your spine so that you are holding your own energy for the rest of the day. Thank the Sun and the Earth for helping you and sharing their powerful energy with you. This energetic exercise will last 3-4 hours. If you find yourself getting stressed during the day, you can stop for a few minutes and do the exercise quickly to restore your balance. As you learn to do it more easily, you will find you can do it very quickly to "reset" your energetic self back into balance. It's particularly helpful to do a quick chakra balancing exercise before entering a chaotic situation or a meeting that has potential conflicts. About the Chakras7th Chakra / Crown. To deep clean the chakras, follow the same as above with deeper cleaning. As you do each chakra, do it consciously that you are cleaning out any unwanted or stuck energy that needs to be released from your body and your energy field. Imagine that you are the cleaning crew for a 7 floor building with each floor of the building being one of the chakras. For each chakra, visualize and use the color of the chakra as your mop, your broom, your scrubbing brush, your hose, your cleaning cloth and your paint brush. Start at the top of your head with the 7th chakra / crown. The color to use for the 7th chakra is Violet. Do a really deep cleaning in every corner of this floor. Scrub and wash and sweep and spray down and polish the entire chakra with Violet until it is sparkling clean. Then, paint it with a fresh coat of Violet paint. Then, move down to the 6th chakra / third eye. Do the same deep cleaning with the color Indigo (deep purple/blue). Do a really deep cleaning in every corner of this floor. Scrub and wash and sweep and spray down and polish the entire chakra with Indigo until it is sparkling clean. Then, paint it with a fresh coat of Indigo paint. Then, move down to the 5th chakra / throat area. Do the same deep cleaning with the color Blue. Do a really deep cleaning in every corner of this floor. Scrub and wash and sweep and spray down and polish the entire chakra with Blue until it is sparkling clean. Then, paint it with a fresh coat of Blue paint. Then, move down to the 4th chakra / heart area. Do the same deep cleaning with the color Green. Do a really deep cleaning in every corner of this floor. Scrub and wash and sweep and spray down and polish the entire chakra with Green until it is sparkling clean. Then, paint it with a fresh coat of Green paint. Then, move down to the 3rd chakra / solar plexus area. Do the same deep cleaning with the color Yellow. Do a really deep cleaning in every corner of this floor. Scrub and wash and sweep and spray down and polish the entire chakra with Yellow until it is sparkling clean. Then, paint it with a fresh coat of Yellow paint. Then, move down to the 2nd chakra / sacral area. Do the same deep cleaning with the color Orange. Do a really deep cleaning in every corner of this floor. Scrub and wash and sweep and spray down and polish the entire chakra with Orange until it is sparkling clean. Then, paint it with a fresh coat of Orange paint. Then, move down to the 1st chakra / root. Do the same deep cleaning with the color Red. Do a really deep cleaning in every corner of this floor. Scrub and wash and sweep and spray down and polish the entire chakra with Red until it is sparkling clean. Then, paint it with a fresh coat of Red paint. Once the chakras are completely clean, do the daily cleaning and refresh exercise to keep them clean. If you find that you cannot get a chakra completely clean and open, wait a day or two and try again. Eventually, you will be able to clean them all.
