The program consists of separate certifications that can be taken separately or as a package:

1. The Nine Needs: 2�day certification: February 16 - 17
2. The Principles of Coaching: February 18
3. Principles of Prosperity: February 19

The program will include a combination of lecture, discussion, role play, exercises, demonstration, video and slides.  Certification will enhance your effectiveness as a business consultant and coach and you will be able to use the material effectively in coaching situations and apply it in corporate consulting and training.  You will also be able to give seminars based on the material and have access to Power Path � manuals and materials for training purposes.

The Nine Needs determine what is essential for people to be productive and fulfilled.  Each person has the nine needs in a different order of priority with the top three running the show.  Knowing the top three needs and how to fill them is the key to job satisfaction for everyone.  Certification is optional and available to organizations and individuals that want to make Power Path knowledge and tools a part of their offerings to businesses, internal customers or colleagues. 

The certification course is a 2-day program.  Organizational trainers learn how to teach Power Path using tools and techniques specific to the seminar, including the usage of accompanying manuals.  Trainers also learn how to design and customize workshops and how to market Power Path programs.  Fees include on-going support and an option to order trainer materials.

Discover how to coach from essence.  The essence of coaching is transformational, inspirational, and releasing.  Effective coaching focuses on what has meaning and heart; not dysfunction. A good coach in business is not elective but essential.

This workshop is from 8 am - noon.  Open to any certified trainer as our way to support your work and share ideas.
